However, if We are unable to develop or deliver the agreed-upon application due to reasons attributable to us, any advance amount paid for the undelivered work will be reviewed for a refund, subject to the agreed project terms.

2. Website and Software Development Services

Payments made for website design, website development, and software development services are non-refundable, as these services involve time, resources, planning, and development efforts.

However, if We are unable to develop the agreed website or software due to reasons attributable to us, the advance amount received for the undelivered work will be refunded, subject to the applicable project agreement.

Any completed work, milestones, or services already delivered may be excluded from the refundable amount.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Payments for digital marketing services are non-refundable.

We provides digital marketing services, including advertising campaign setup, creative development, campaign management, and optimization. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific advertising performance, leads, sales, or revenue.

Advertising results depend on several factors, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, budget, and platform algorithms. Graphi99 is not responsible for performance outcomes that are beyond our reasonable control.

Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are subject to the respective platforms’ billing and refund policies.

4. SEO Services

Payments for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services are non-refundable.

SEO is an ongoing process that requires time, research, optimization, and continuous improvement. Although we use industry-standard SEO practices and work to improve website visibility and search engine rankings, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or timeframes for achieving results.

SEO performance depends on various factors, including competition, search engine algorithm updates, website condition, and industry trends.

5. Add-On Services

Payments for add-on services are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

We do not offer cancellations for any of our services.

Graphi99 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
